  • Physical Therapy (PT)

    PT helps improve your ability to move your body by restoring function and reducing pain. Physical therapists are movement experts that provide hands-on care that evaluates your physical ability to move and creates plans to get you back to living your best life.

  • Occupational Therapy (OT)

    OT helps improve your daily living by focusing on your ability to perform everyday activities and those that you love. We work with you directly in the environment you need us with personalized treatment to help you function independently.

As of 2015, all 50 states are what is called “direct access” states. That put the power of choice back into the patient’s hands. You can choose which physical therapist to see AND do it without obtaining a physician referral or prescription first.
